The company that runs VEYLTAK has not published its legal name, registration number and registered address yet. They will appear on the Company details page, and this notice will go, before the store opens.
In short
Today this website sets no cookies. The game uses your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device, for the features listed below. They are needed for things you ask the game to do, so they don’t need your consent.
What the game stores in your browser
veyltak.play.v1: Your game in progress, so a reload doesn’t lose it. Kept until the game ends or you clear site data.
veyltak.rival: The rival and level you picked last. Kept until you clear site data.
veyltak.coached: Remembers that you have seen the first-game tips. Kept until you clear site data.
veyltak.lang: Your language choice. Kept until you clear site data.
veyltak.muted: Whether sound is on or off. Kept until you clear site data.
You can remove all of these by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The game still works without them, but it forgets your choices when you close the page.
Analytics, only if you agree
We plan to add Google Analytics. When we do, a cookie banner asks first, and nothing from Google loads until you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies:
_ga: Tells one visitor apart from another, without knowing who you are. Kept for 2 years.
_ga_ followed by an ID: Keeps track of the current visit. Kept for 2 years.
A “Cookie settings” link will be added to the footer of every page, so you can change your choice at any time.
Payments
When the store opens, checkout happens on our payment processor’s page. The processor may set its own cookies there to take the payment and prevent fraud, under its own cookie policy.
